Terms and Conditions

  1. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment, package, or service.

  2. Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, and your deposit can be transferred to the new booking date.

  3. Deposits are non-refundable if you choose to cancel your booking with less than 24 hours notice and without rescheduling.

  4. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of your appointment, unless otherwise agreed.

  5. Package pricing and promotional add-ons are honoured as part of the original booking and payment arrangement. If a package includes a discounted or lower-cost add-on service, that service must be provided within 3 months of the original appointment.

  6. Services provided are educational and supportive in nature and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency medical care.

  7. By completing a booking and providing a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
