Home visit - 2 Hours $380
Together, we’ll create a practical postpartum plan covering recovery, newborn care, feeding support, sleep, emotional wellbeing, partner and family support, and the resources you’ll need to feel confident and supported during the transition into parenthood.
Add-On: Postpartum Home Visit (Within First 6 Weeks) $450
One additional in-home support visit during the early postpartum period for guidance and reassurance. Topics covered; maternal recovery, newborn care inclusive of feeding and settling support. A safe space to be listened to and have all of your questions answered.
Newborn Support (0–6 Weeks)
In-Home Postpartum
Support Visit $150
Gentle guidance and practical support during the newborn stage, including feeding support, settling techniques, sleep foundations, and parental wellbeing.

Personalised Sleep Guide $250
A detailed and customised sleep guide designed specifically for your baby, family lifestyle, and parenting preferences. This will include a comprehensive assessment and a detailed plan outlining recommendations for realistic and optimal sleep. Please understand, all sleep support, in particular in the newborn weeks, is responsive and gentle.
Family & Sleep Support (6 Weeks Onwards)
Phone Consultation
30 minutes $80
A short support call for guidance, troubleshooting, and personalised advice. Topics covered; parental well-being, age appropriate expectations, infant care, feeding, and settling
Sleep Consultation Package $240
Includes:
– Consultation via phone or email (parent is required to complete a comprehensive questionnaire)
– Detailed and personalised sleep plan with step by step recommendations
– 1x follow-up email
1 Week of Email Support $320
Personalised support and guidance via email to help implement your sleep plan with confidence.
2 Weeks of Email Support $380
Extended personalised support via email for continued guidance, troubleshooting, and reassurance throughout your sleep journey.
