Fourth Trimester Support
Nurturing You Through the Early Weeks of Parenthood
The weeks following birth are often described as the fourth trimester; a time of healing, bonding, and often quite a significant adjustment. Your baby is adjusting to a completely new world and thrives on close contact, responsive care, and feeling safe in your arms. At the same time, your body is healing from pregnancy and birth, your hormones are shifting, and your family is adapting to new routines and relationships.
This season can be beautiful, overwhelming, joyful, exhausting, and everything in between.
If you’re welcoming your very first baby, you may feel that some guidance and reassurance would be helpful; whether that’s having someone to talk through what to expect in the weeks ahead, answering your questions, or providing practical support as you find your feet. If you’re adding to your growing family, you’ll know that no two postpartum experiences are ever the same. Each baby brings their own unique personality, needs, and rhythms, and this season will come with its own joys and challenges.
Whatever your situation, you deserve support!
